It’s all about you! All members 13 and up can schedule a 1-on-1 appointment with our fitness staff to create a program that fits your goals, activity level and lifestyle using our ActivTrax system. Members choose between 2 appointment types where a Commit to be Fit profile is created and you learn how to use the system for logging cardio activity and food as well as printing workouts. Upon completion, members are given a FREE t-shirt, 1 week guest pass for a friend and a nutrition workshop at the end of the month. For more information or to sign up, contact the front desk.
